What is a DIY Picnic Package? 

DIY stands for Do It Yourself giving you abiltiy to style and mix and match your package to be just the way you like it.

How do I pay?

We will send you an invoice which will need to be paid by bank transfer to our business account. 

​

When will I get my bond back? 

Bond will be returned within 5-7 business days. You will need to send us the account details you want your bond returned too. 

​

Can you hold my booking and how long for? 

We can hold your bookings for up to 7 days of when we send you an invoice for your booking. If no deposit is made we may have to offer bookings to other people requesting our hire items.

Do you do delivery and collection of picnic items? 

Yes we can offer delivery and collection of picnics. We can only deliver at this stage to a place of residence and collect from the same residence. Costs are approximately $2 per km on delivery and $2 per km on collection.

Do you do personally styled picnic set ups? 

We can offer personally styled picnics set ups however it does include addtional costs such as travel, personally styled set up time, event time, pack down time to the picnic package.

Will the trestle tables fit my car? 

The 90cm length trestle tables will fit in most cars. The 180cm length trestle tables you will need a sedan or SUV that the back seats fold down or a ute. 

​

Whats happens if the weather is bad? 

We advise that you have a plan B in place where you can hold your event under cover. There will be no refunds for the event due to bad weather.

What if COVID-19 restrictions prevent my event from going?

We will give you a full refund if there is a lockdown or COVID-19 restrictions preventing you from having your event or reschedule a future that suits you.
